Delays in transit are rare but can sometimes occur due to unforeseen circumstances. When an issue causes a delivery to be postponed, shipments are scanned as "Delayed".
There are several reasons why a package may be delayed, such as vehicle issue, road closures, or bad weather. While these circumstances are often out of our driver's control, it can still be frustrating for both the sender and the recipient.
