Please reach out to our support team here for assistance updating a shipment. Occasionally, we may not be able to update address details for a parcel in time before it is returned back to the sender (RTS). However, our delivery team will do their best to update the recipient's address information as soon as possible.
Additionally, if we determine a given shipment has an incorrect or incomplete address—or if additional information is required to complete delivery—a Maergo representative will reach out to you directly. The shipper will be expected to verify the address and/or provide additional information within 4 business days of receipt of this notification email. Parcels may be RTS if no response is received in that timeframe.
